Examination
For the genetic examination we only need a little
bit of saliva, dried blood or EDTA-Blood.
From them dry sample the DNA will be isolated.
Depending on the test, only a small part of
the isolated DNA is needed for the test.
This part of the DNA will be multiplied synthetically
(Ploymerase Chain Reaction, PCR), so there is enough material
to check if there is a mutation.
Request forms with consent form and saliva collection kits you can order by phone, fax or email.
